Yes, our store is open to the public for purchases, product rentals or training services. Those who call to book an appointment will have priority over other customers. Otherwise, people are served on a first come, first served basis. Please note that our showroom is only open to serious customers.

If you process an order before 1:00 p.m. (EST GMT-5), your package may leave on the same day. The time until its arrival will depend on the delivery service chosen. For items purchased with a credit card, it is possible that we will carry out a verification process and that your package will be kept for 24 to 48 hours. An agent will contact you to validate your shipment. Please provide a valid phone number. We strive to dispatch packages on time, however when the package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for any delay or error during delivery.
